Residents have begun moving in to One Easton, Newark’s newest 220-unit, 440-bed apartment community located in the heart of town while also being a short walk to the University of Delaware campus and Newark’s Main Street. More than 157 residents have already enjoyed early move-ins this summer.
The property features 10 different two-bedroom floor plans, allowing residents to select the floor plan type that best fits their needs. Campus Advantage is the property and leasing manager.
