Residents have begun moving in to One Easton, Newark’s newest 220-unit, 440-bed apartment community located in the heart of town while also being a short walk to the University of Delaware campus and Newark’s Main Street. More than 157 residents have already enjoyed early move-ins this summer.
The property features 10 different two-bedroom floor plans, allowing residents to select the floor plan type that best fits their needs. Campus Advantage is the property and leasing manager.

One Easton units are fully furnished and feature individual bathrooms for each bedroom. One Easton is a “one step shop” in that all of its amenities are under one roof, which is unique to the Newark market.
